My sculptural work has featured in solo shows, indoors and out

and I currently have some 'Harbour Doors' pieces available,

inspired by Venetian fixtures and fittings I saw on Crete.

The ravages of nature has rendered them with a melancholic

beauty and I have sought to re-create that but within a much

shorter timescale.

They are very robust, unique and I do not intend making many of

these.

Indoors or out, these are striking assemblages at reasonable

prices, original art made in Scotland.

New Work

I was given the tops of broken violins and they have been

included in a series of paintings with titles from Robert Burns

songs.

Some are in oak 'shadow gap' frames and others are framed in

broad oak.

The texture is heavy and they are very robust pieces of art.

Of course I can adapt the theme to include a line from a song or a

poem or indeed to personalise a painting as requested.
